Tom also attended Rural Health Care Day at the State Capitol in Charleston on Monday. He caught up with Rich Sutphin of the Rural Health Association; Dr. Jim Nimitz, the President of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg; and Dr. Steven Eshenaur, an emergency room physician who provides coverage for Jackson General Hospital in Ripley, Roane General in Spencer and Minne Hamilton Health in Grantsville.
